We want you to be satisfied with your order. Should a problem arise, please contact us directly – we always strive for a fair and prompt solution.
Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products
For non-personalized, standardized products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with current consumer regulations.
You may cancel your order within the statutory period, provided the product is returned unused, complete, and in proper condition.
No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
Please note:
For custom-made, personalized, or specially manufactured products based on customer requests, there is no right of withdrawal, where legally permissible.
This includes, in particular:
- Engraved products with custom text
- Individual slate plates
- Custom designs
- Personalized NFC cards
- Products with names, dates, logos, or individual designs
As these items are custom-made for you, returns are not possible.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should an item arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly by email with:
- Order number
- Brief description
- Photos of the problem
We carefully review each request and will find a fair solution.
Return Costs
For regular cancellations, the buyer bears the return costs, where legally permissible.
For justified complaints or faulty goods, we will of course find a customer-friendly solution.
Returns only after contact
Please do not return any goods unsolicited.
