How long does it take to process my order?
Standard products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
Personalized products or engravings usually take 2-7 business days, depending on the effort involved.
Can I have a custom text engraved?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with custom text.
Depending on the product, logos, names, dates or special requests are also possible.
Can I also send my own image or logo?
Yes, this is possible with many products.
Send us your motif or idea – we will be happy to check whether a clean implementation is feasible.
Are engraved / personalized products returnable?
No. Individually manufactured or personalized products are excluded from revocation, if legally permissible.
Please check texts, names and dates carefully before completing your order.
Do NFC products work with every mobile phone?
Most modern smartphones support NFC.
Depending on the device, NFC may need to be activated in the settings.
Older devices or some models may have limitations.
Can I save multiple links on one NFC card?
Yes. Depending on the solution, we can also integrate multiple contents via a landing page or individual redirection.
Are custom designs possible?
Yes. Individual requests for companies, clubs, events or private customers are always welcome.
How does a larger order work?
